HISTORIA

HISTORY

After 3 years of practical research in architecture and design education for youth with Arquicon in the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU-UdelaR), in 2018 CiudadN emerged as a laboratory for creation and innovation with a strong imprint on future and integrating different action frameworks.

CiudadN has worked in partnership with the main educational institutions of the country (ANEP, Ceibal, Science Space, Cultural Center of Spain, FADU-UdelaR).

CiudadN is comprised of renowned professionals and university professors of architecture and design, accompanied by an international consultant team in education, with the fundamental participation of university students from different careers and the strategic association with international innovation, research and education referents such as MIT Senseable City Lab (USA), Basurama (Spain-Italy-Brazil), Young Architects Society (Russia), the Design Museum (Finland), and CAN Ed (Hungary).
